Protecting Your Personal Information
Rashori collects and processes personal data to help creators present their ideas and connect with potential collaboration partners. The data collected includes name, contact details, profile information, and content submitted to the platform. AI Processing: Rashori uses automated AI tools to analyse submitted content for policy compliance and to generate informational quality assessments for published ideas. This processing is based on the content you choose to publish and is carried out to maintain the quality and safety of the platform. You may request human review of any automated content decision by selecting the admin review option in the app. GDPR Rights: Users have rights under GDPR, including the right to access, modify, or delete their data at any time. Rashori does not share personal data with third parties except for essential service providers required to operate the platform. All user data is encrypted and securely stored. Agency Groups: If you are a member of an agency group on the platform, your profile name and approved @username (if applicable) may be visible to other members of the same agency for collaboration purposes. Account Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time via in-app settings or at rashori.com/delete-account. For privacy-related concerns, contact us at hello@rashori.com.
Terms of Use for the Rashori Platform
Rashori is a platform for sharing ideas and projects and for discovering potential collaboration partners. Users must create a free account to access the platform. Account & Content: Creators may publish ideas and business profiles to attract collaboration interest from the community. All content is reviewed before becoming publicly visible. Rashori offers two review paths: instant AI-assisted review (which uses platform service credits) and a free admin review completed within approximately 48 hours. Service Credits: Rashori operates a service credits system that enables access to platform features. Credits can be earned by completing your profile, inviting friends who join the platform, and through other recognised platform contributions. Credits may be used for AI-assisted content review and optional platform features. Credits have no monetary value, are non-transferable between accounts, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Agencies: Users may create or join collaboration groups on the platform. These groups, referred to as agencies, allow multiple users to work together around shared ideas. Agency members may be assigned ideas and participate in collaboration matching rounds on behalf of the group. Usernames: Users may request a unique @username handle to make their profile easier to find and share. Username requests are subject to review and approval by Rashori. Optional Features: Rashori offers optional profile and visibility features unlockable with service credits, including profile visibility enhancements and a Pro Badge displayed on your profile. Prohibited Use: The platform must not be used for direct fundraising, soliciting payments, posting personal contact details within public content descriptions, making misleading claims, or any activity that violates applicable law. Any collaboration or arrangement resulting from connections made on Rashori must be agreed upon and formalised independently, outside of the platform. Rashori is not party to any such arrangement. Rashori reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations or misuse.
Terms for Creators and Collaboration Partners
Creators are responsible for submitting accurate, original, and policy-compliant content for review. Once an idea is approved and publicly visible, creators may open a collaboration matching round to allow other community members to express their interest in joining as a collaboration partner. Matching Rounds: A matching round is a time-limited period during which other registered users may indicate their level of interest in collaborating on a specific idea or project. Opening a matching round may require service credits as shown in the app. Creators may assign a matching round to their agency group where applicable. Expressing Interest: Partners may register their collaboration interest during an active matching round. Viewing the full list of interested partners may require service credits. Once both parties are connected, they gain access to each other's contact information to discuss potential arrangements directly and privately, outside of the Rashori platform. Agency Collaboration: Ideas may be assigned to an agency group. Agency members may participate in matching rounds on behalf of the group. The management of a matching round may be transferred between members of the same agency, subject to all parties' agreement, and is handled within the platform. No Financial Mediation: Rashori does not collect, hold, transfer, or manage any funds, capital, equity, or assets on behalf of users. All legal, financial, and ownership arrangements resulting from connections made on Rashori are entirely the responsibility of the parties involved and must be formalised outside of the platform. Rashori is not a regulated financial service provider. Service Credits: Rashori charges service credits for certain platform activities as displayed in the app. Credits have no monetary value and are not refundable once consumed.
Information on Cookie Usage
Rashori uses cookies to enhance the user experience and monitor platform performance. Cookies are used for session management, ensuring the smooth operation of the platform, and for anonymous usage analytics. Users can manage or disable cookies via their browser settings, though some features may not function correctly without them. Users are notified of cookie usage upon visiting the website and are encouraged to review their preferences. We do not use cookies for targeted advertising or sell cookie data to third parties.
Ownership of Ideas and Content
Creators retain full ownership of the intellectual property they submit to Rashori. By publishing an idea on the platform, creators grant Rashori a limited, non-exclusive licence to display their content for the purpose of facilitating discovery and connecting them with potential collaboration partners. Rashori does not claim ownership of any submitted content. Creators are responsible for ensuring the originality of the ideas they publish and for protecting their own intellectual property through appropriate legal means prior to sharing. Rashori will address any reported disputes regarding misuse of content in accordance with its community guidelines.
Handling Disputes Between Users or with Rashori
Any disputes between users arising from connections made on Rashori must be resolved directly between the parties, as Rashori is not a party to any collaboration or business arrangement. Disputes between users and Rashori regarding platform services will first be addressed through mediation. If mediation fails, users agree to submit disputes to arbitration under the laws of the Slovak Republic. Rashori encourages users to report any issues or inappropriate behaviour through the platform's built-in reporting tools before escalating matters.
Terms for Refunds and Service Cancellations
Service Credits: Platform service credits earned through activities such as completing your profile, inviting friends, or participating in platform programmes have no monetary value and are not refundable. Should Rashori introduce purchasable credits in the future, such purchases will be subject to the refund policies of the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store), not directly to Rashori. Feature Activations: Service credits spent on one-time feature activations — including AI-assisted content review, starting a collaboration matching round, viewing interested collaboration partners, or activating profile enhancement features — are non-refundable once the feature has been activated, unless Rashori fails to deliver the feature as described. To request a refund due to a service failure, contact hello@rashori.com within 14 days of activation. Account Cancellation: Users may cancel their account at any time via in-app settings or at rashori.com/delete-account. Account cancellation does not entitle the user to a refund of any service credits used or features activated prior to cancellation. Any remaining unused credits in the account are forfeited upon deletion.
Expected Behaviour on the Rashori Platform
Rashori promotes a respectful and collaborative environment for all users. All content published on the platform must be genuine, original, and comply with applicable laws. Prohibited behaviour includes: direct payment requests or solicitation of funds within idea or business descriptions (such as PayPal, bank transfers, IBAN, or cryptocurrency addresses); sharing personal contact details such as email addresses, phone numbers, social media handles, or external links within publicly visible content; offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content; misleading or exaggerated claims about the viability of an idea; spam; and any misuse of the platform for purposes other than legitimate idea discovery and collaboration. AI Moderation: Rashori uses automated AI tools to pre-screen submitted content for policy violations before it becomes publicly visible. AI screening is a supportive tool and does not replace human review. If your content is declined by the automated check, you may choose the free admin review option to have it assessed by our moderation team. Reporting & Blocking: Users may report any content or user they believe violates these guidelines using the in-app report button available on all idea, business, and user profiles. Users may also block other users from their platform experience. Rashori reviews all reports and may issue warnings, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts found in violation.
Ensuring Access for All Users
Rashori is committed to providing an accessible platform for users of all abilities. Our mobile app and website are designed with accessibility in mind, including support for system-level screen readers, adjustable text sizes, and intuitive navigation. We aim to comply with global accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) to make our platform user-friendly for everyone. Users who require additional accessibility assistance or wish to report an accessibility issue may contact us at hello@rashori.com.
Protecting User Data and Platform Integrity
Rashori takes the security of user data seriously. All personal data is stored using industry-standard encryption. Authentication is managed via secure token-based sessions, and all API communication is encrypted over HTTPS. We use role-based access controls to limit who can access sensitive platform data. Regular security reviews are conducted to identify and address vulnerabilities. Users should never share their login credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact hello@rashori.com immediately.
Compliance with Legal Regulations
Rashori operates under the jurisdiction of Slovak Republic law and complies with all applicable European Union regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Platform Classification: Rashori is a networking and idea discovery platform. It does not provide financial brokerage, advisory, escrow, crowdfunding, regulated investment services, or any other form of regulated financial activity. Rashori does not broker, manage, or facilitate the transfer of funds or securities between users. AI Processing Disclosure: Rashori uses automated AI tools for two purposes: (1) to screen submitted content for policy compliance before publication, and (2) to generate an indicative quality assessment of published ideas. These automated processes are informational tools only and do not constitute legally binding decisions. They may be reviewed or overridden by human moderation. Users may request human review of any automated content decision by selecting the admin review option within the app. User Rights under GDPR: Users retain the right to access, rectify, or erase their personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to object to automated processing. To exercise these rights, contact hello@rashori.com. User Responsibility: Users are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with the laws of their respective jurisdictions when using the platform, and when formalising any collaboration or business arrangements discovered through Rashori.
