Terms for Creators and Collaboration Partners
Creators are responsible for submitting accurate, original, and policy-compliant content for review. Once an idea is approved and publicly visible, creators may open a collaboration matching round to allow other community members to express their interest in joining as a collaboration partner.
Matching Rounds: A matching round is a time-limited period during which other registered users may indicate their level of interest in collaborating on a specific idea or project. Opening a matching round may require service credits as shown in the app. Creators may assign a matching round to their agency group where applicable.
Expressing Interest: Partners may register their collaboration interest during an active matching round. Viewing the full list of interested partners may require service credits. Once both parties are connected, they gain access to each other's contact information to discuss potential arrangements directly and privately, outside of the Rashori platform.
Agency Collaboration: Ideas may be assigned to an agency group. Agency members may participate in matching rounds on behalf of the group. The management of a matching round may be transferred between members of the same agency, subject to all parties' agreement, and is handled within the platform.
No Financial Mediation: Rashori does not collect, hold, transfer, or manage any funds, capital, equity, or assets on behalf of users. All legal, financial, and ownership arrangements resulting from connections made on Rashori are entirely the responsibility of the parties involved and must be formalised outside of the platform. Rashori is not a regulated financial service provider.
Service Credits: Rashori charges service credits for certain platform activities as displayed in the app. Credits have no monetary value and are not refundable once consumed.
